The client must read and accept both the terms and conditions policy and the privacy policy of Drew Hollings Photography before a booking and payment are made. Booking is done by filling in a booking form before the agreed date for the photography shoot. Payment for the photography shoot must be paid in full at the time of booking. Additional payment may be added for travel, this will agreed on before final booking. A fee will be applicable if the client would like any re-editing of the high resolution photographs and or prints after the high resolution photographs and or prints have been received by the client.

If the client decides to cancel the booked photography shoot, this must be done in writing to Drew Hollings Photography no later than 7 days before the pre-agreed date of booking to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation made after the 7 days the client will receive no refund.

Drew Hollings Photography will try and accommodate the clients wish to reschedule the pre booked photography shoot, however the rescheduled photography shoot can not be guaranteed.

Drew Hollings Photography can cancel the pre booked photography shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unsuitable weather conditions, illness, any act of god, equipment failure and personal reasons. The photography shoot will be rebooked at no extra cost at a agreed date by the client and Drew Hollings Photography.

The client must release Drew Hollings who is the photographer at Drew Hollings Photography from any claim, including damage, liability, injury, illness or accident to any human, animal or object through the duration of the photography shoot and or at a later time or date.

Drew Hollings Photography owns the copyright to all images, and print work of the photography shoot. Drew Hollings Photography is allowed to reproduce any of the images, and prints for any reason including business, the exception to this is if any image, and or print has a human adult and or child visible then the client must give permission in writing to Drew Hollings Photography for any usage.
The client can use any of the final delivered high resolution images and or print work from the photography shoot for their personal use. If the client wants to use any of the images and or print work for business use, Drew Hollings Photography must give permission, a fee may be applicable.

The welfare of the animal is crucial during the photography shoot, therefore Drew Hollings can cancel the shoot at any time if he believes the animal is under unnecessary stress, or for any other reason. The photography shoot may or may not be rescheduled.
The Client must be responsible for the care and behaviour of the animal(s) throughout the photography shoot.
Drew Hollings Photography must be notified of any health issues the animal has, this needs to be done through the booking form.
Drew Hollings Photography is not responsible for any injury and or illness to any animal(s) throughout the photography shoot, or at a later time or date.
Approximately 10 days after the photography shoot, the images edited by myself will be put on a password linked page (the password and link expires after 28 days) on my website for the client to view and decide which ones they want to keep, these will then be delivered in high resolution to the client.
Any print work ordered by the client will be delivered approximately between 2wks to 4wks after the photography shoot, this will be further discussed with the client.
